every kid on speed is one of the monikers under which antonio dimitrov appears, producing glitch and cut up electronics. based in skopje, macedonia, antonio is officially studying philosophy at university there, but is now more occupied with his label acid fake recordings and editing the label's webzine, fakezine [a zine about contemporary experimental music and [sub]culture]. under acid fake label he runns 'acid fake design', a design division under which he designs album covers for acid fake and various other labels, flyers, etc… and works as designer for various magazines and papers.
he is also occupied with his radio programs on radio channel kanal 103 and participation in its editorship. he hosts three radio programs dedicated to experimental and contemporary music. 'post global' [conceptual program for new music] is program for presenting all musical styles that can fit into term 'post global', neologism made for explaining all this styles, term in which all this styles can fit, including noise, glitch, microsound, post-rock, clicks and cuts, glitch house, microhouse, clickhouse... other program, 'post global soundscape' [conceptual program for new dance music], is program oriented to new dance music (clickhouse, dubhouse, minimal techno), sound that he plays as dj. third program is toplist for contemporary music from macedonia. from early student days he also writes in several printed magazines and webzines about his basic orientation - music as well as contemporary approaches to art including netart/digitalart/computerart/design. including vital weekly, oldest fanzine (now webzine) about contemporary/experimental music edited by experimental legend frans de waard.
in addition to the every kid on speed project, antonio also works under the following monikers: every kid on acid is one of his first monikers under which he produced dark ambient; sound_00 is power electronic, harsh noise, static noise, to ambiental soundscapes; microsound_00 is noise, static, sinewaves, microsound. under these various names he has released many full lengths, eps and has countless compilation and remix appearances on many various labels around the world. couples of releases are waiting to be released and couple collaborations including artists from japan, uk, turkey, france, norway, usa are still in progress. he also plays live and has many appearances including club transmediale festival – germany, progress festival – slovenia, net user conference – bulgaria, absurd festival - macedonia, ctrl_alt_del sound-art festival – turkey…
